Yeah I did. Tinfoil and paper clay glued on a plastic hairband underneath the wig ^^

Did you have any problems with the horns cracking? I'm currently trying to fix mine but they keep falling apart!

It was difficult to apply, but no, they didn't fall apart.
How are you making them?

I used wire to make the initial shape, then applied the clay and had them dry. After a few days, around the curves of the horns started to crack and I was going to apply crack-filler to them.

Oh maybe the wire isn't strong enough to hold the clay. Perhaps try with a more sold base?
